FRENCH COURSES FOR YOUNG LANGUAGE LEARNERS


At Alliance Française de Karachi, our young learners are guided by our dedicated French professors in a small group setting where they are encouraged to learn reading, speaking, listening and writing in French. We strive to create an engaging environment that includes both an emphasis on rigor and on learning through play. Our classes were even featured in the news!

kids: Age 7 to 12

  • Sessions available: A1 (complete beginners) & A2 (intermediate)

  • Days & Timings:

    • Online: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4 to 5 PM

    • On Campus: Wednesdays 4 to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM

  • Fees: Rs 11,000 for 21 hours (6 weeks), plus annual AFK membership fees of Rs. 2,000 per kid

  • Course materials: The Zoom Pas à Pas Package which includes exercise & activity book and 1 CD for Zoom courses.


teenagers: age 13 to 17

  • Sessions available: A1 (complete beginners) & A2 (intermediate)

  • Days & Timings:

    • Online: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 4 to 5 PM

    • On Campus: Wednesdays from 4 to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM

  • Fees: Rs 11,000 for 21 hours (6 weeks), plus annual AFK membership fees of Rs. 2,000 per kid

  • Course materials: The Club @dos Package (Complete Level) includes 1 book, 1 textbook and 2 CDs for the full Junior A1 or A2.

To register for classes at our reception, please submit the following documents:

  • Admission form (available at the front desk or download here)

  • Copy of passport (for expatriates)

  • Previous AFK ID card (if available)

  • 2 passport size photos

  • Registration fees: We accept cash, debit/credit card or a pay order made to Alliance Française de Karachi (NTN no. 3981043-7).


important notes

  • Class start dates listed on our website are provisional. Please wait for a confirmation call or email from frontdesk@afkarachi.com confirming the start date of your class before joining your scheduled classes.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient registrations for a particular session. In such a case, participants already registered will be offered alternate time slots or transferred to the next available session.

  • Details about course access will be emailed to registered students on the first day of their course. We thank you for your patience.

  • No refund will be made for any reason except if the AFK cancels classes at its own discretion.
