Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 to 11 AM

About the instructor: Ria Pereira of Gaia Yoga has completed a Certified Yoga Teacher Training of 200 hours in Hata, Vinyasa yoga in Thailand. Her yoga practice includes various styles with elements of Nadabhrama meditation to help understand and realize the spiritual-self. She aims to share this beautiful, spiritual knowledge with everyone who is looking for transformation. Ria works with each individual in her training program to adapt the yoga practice and welcomes everyone regardless of gender, weight and age.
Payments: Full payments must be made at the time of registration. Late or incomplete payments will result in your seat being given to the next person on our waiting list and you will be asked to book a slot which is available thereafter.
